In 2009 the biggest rule changes in history of F1. At last the slick tires are coming back and the new "KERS" technology is very interesting. The cars will have an extra 80 horsepower available for 6.7s per lap.

If not, aren't they having a disadvantage compared to those who will implement KERS?

F1 was pretty boring the last few years, hope this will spruce it up.

The new rules package looks good....except the electric boost powering from batteries which get their power from braking? ...i know the whole save the planet thing is modern...but ffs not in F1...the last man's resort!

What green energy? This energy was there before and nobody used.. and if it is good for getting extra boosts, then why not But yeah you probably mean why not using nitros and such fancy stuff'

They can use whatever the hell they want as long as it makes the races more exciting. I think they should lift pretty much all limitations on F1 technology short of a robotic driver.

No leave them there, or in fact put them ON the track... that'd jack the ratings up for sure !

Honda sold the whole F1 team and manufacturing plant to Ross Brawn, so this is still Honda for me. Nothing changed except from ownership
